Button not working with the tracker

I first installed my track and a button in 2013, the said button has not been working for almost a year, I have had about 5 technicians to come and fix it but none of them have managed to fix the issue. This button allowed me to press on it in case of danger, but the last technitian said its not compatible with my new device. No one can tell me how they are no longer compatible.

The worst part of it is that I am paying extra R30 a month for maintenance but it has not been joyful for me. I am very dissapointed with Cartrack's service honestly. Very dissapointed.
