3 weeks ago I made contact with Car track regarding the bad service received around my faulty unit, a week ago I wrote a complaint on Hello Peter about car track regarding the bad service I have been getting from car track, till date my issue has not been resolved. I have been transferred from one person to another, not to mention the times my call gets dropped by the team, I have requested to speak to a manager in the maintenance department, and was advised by Bhekisisa that his Manager Neil says his busy.. Not 1 employee at Car track is interested in resolving my query even when I have requested to cancel my contract with them, they are not interested in loosing a customer.
