bunch of thievs

<p>I took our a 3 year contract with car track. they failed to inform me that the tracking unit only has a 2 year warranty and 2 years 1 month the unit becomes faulty and i am informed that there is a R500.00 call out fee as well as the cost of the new unit to which i rep**** that they are a bunch of *******. the contract is now over and i called to remove the unit but they now said i must take it to their installation place in durban and im from howick kzn but not before i was transfered a couple of times. only after i said i would like to take out a new contract did i get some help.</p> <p>tried calling the durban branch to book my car in only for my call to be answered after 5 min. then to be transfered and my call not answered the receptionest then took my no. and said someone will call me back im still waitng 1 week. they were so helpfull when they were getting my business but the after care is pathetic. </p>
