Bunch of rude and *********** consultants!!!

I have been sitting on the side of the road for 2 HOURS, yet I am paying for "HAPPY frikkn button", I have called the useless call center and they keep on saying control room is going to contact you, they called once as I am answering they put the phone down.

I called a total of 6 times, and 2 hours later, I am still sitting on the side of the road (as a woman) and have receivedno assistance whatsoever.

I am canceling this whole nonsense, there has to be better customer derive than this. Sies!!!
