Bunch of ******

So cartrack convinced me i needed an extra tag on my vehicle to avoid being jammed but promised it came with no extra cost to be installed. An extra of R89 will be added to my monthly premium with my next scheduled debit date. Guess what? Cartrack started debiting my account without any permission. 3 debits in one month. When i reversed the debits I didn't agree with they kept on phoning and harassing me for payment they can not explain to me and want to send statements which they can actually show up their asses as all i want is someone to explain who the hell gave them authorization to debit my account like they own it.
