Bullying tactics

My three year contract expired in August 2019. I continued to pay what was my monthly premium till October, waiting for them to contact me to discuss the situation. When no contact was made, I stopped paying the premiums.

I have since been receiving messages to effect that I owe them and should make arrangements to pay them. I wrote them an email alerting them that my contract has expired. When a consultant called, I informed her i was driving and set up an appointment, which she didn’t honor.

I just received am sms which stated I risked a negative listing with credit rating agencies, as well as harassment by their debt collectors. Your sms’s are a harassment on their own.
