Broken promises

on the 29th May I posted a review on Hello peter complaining about being harassed by Cartrack on their telephone marketing campaign. I was called by a representative and assured that my name would be removed from the call centre. Yesterday I had 2 calls from the call centre. The harassment continues!! Why can the company not respect my privacy? I am also not sure if the company is aware of the POPI act and the right to this privacy. Seems that this company ignores my requests as well as the law. This approach says a lot about their business approach and suggest that consumers beware!
