Bridge of contract

My tracking device was installed on Sunday and the pro rata amount was meant to be debited on Tuesday since Monday was a holiday but a debit order went twice for the pro rata... And another debit order went through for the normal premium and you also debited R50 I called in and they told me a refund will take two weeks to process what a first impression to start a partnership... So disappointed
