Breaking the law

I got a phone call from CarTack regarding a special they're currently running. I asked, if the person is aware of the POPIA act, and notified her that it is ******* to keep and use my personal information without a signed permission from my side. The person rep**** that they have such permissions, but it is clearly a lie, as I never agreed for CarTrack to use my personal details for their own marketing purposes. They use *******ly acquired data for their promotions, breaching South-African laws.
