Breach of POPI Act of 2013

I fail to understand how Section 4 of the POPI Act, 2013 was easy breached in giving my personal information so freely, without giving any form of power of authority against my policy with Cartrack and Wiseman Shange to communicate on my behalf.

I want Cartrack to attest to this finding as i have recordings and paper trail on negligence held by Cartrack consultant Bongani Makhubo. Showing clearly of lack of training displayed in with the interaction i hold evidence of. Giving the public interest of Acts not being followed correctly within your department.

if this matter is not settled to my satisfaction i will be opening a Civil case against Cartrack and Wiseman Shange for emotional distress and Breach of POPI Act of 2013.
