Breach of contract and None existing service

NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR, IF I HAD THE OPTNION ON HELLO PETER TO CLICK NO STAR...THAT IS WHAT I WOULD HAVE DONE. I have been trying to arrange a deinstall and re install since December 2024... it is NOW MARCH 2025.... after more than2 hours of calls alone- this excludes emails, a technician was supposed to be here today at 3... and GUESS WHAT.... another no show, non response and another subsequent 4 calls from me. NO SOLUTION>this is breach of contract and i want them to reimburse me for this delay and non performance.
