Breach of Contract

I took a car tracker with Cartrack in 2014 and in March 2014 my car was involved in an accident and it was a wright off. I called cartrack to cancel my contract with them, they did not cancel my contract and they continued to deduct on my bank account and i called them again. They told me that i will have to pay a cancellation fee of R1600.00. I told them that i do not know about the cancellation fee and i never agreed on that. They told me that they will send me a voice recorder where i can listen and hear that i agreed, till to date i never received that. On 18/10/2015 received a message from In-contact that shoes that Cartrack deducted an mount of R1110.00 in my account. They have deducted money in my ac**** with out an agreement and i do not owe them nothing.
