booking not done

i called in to book my car for installation on 03/11/20 in the morning before 8:am but the technician didn't arrive i then contacted the call center and i was informed that my car was book only for during the day. Am not happy with that as i have inform them before that am not available during the day, am only available in the morning. A lady by the name Imogen Katsky try to contact me on this date 10/11/20 to confirm the booking but i was in a noising place and i ask her to contact me back in 10 minutes time but she didn't contact me back instead she book my car for the afternoon installation. Am not happy with that i want the installation to be done immediately , please contact me on this number ***
