Boineelo Tabane called me this afternoon because my vehicle had triggered an alarm and she was very clear, confident and very efficient in the engagement. She confirmed that I am well and a security question and the reason for the call. I explained that my vehicle was at a panel beater for repairs and was in the final steps and just being painted. She confirmed the location and asked how long it is expected to be at the location she identified correctly. I felt very reassured by her call. She advised me to test their system as soon as I receive my vehicle and logged the alarm being due to repairs. I am very impressed with the efficient service.
