Bogus and horrible customer service!

Horrible service from CARTRACK. Please new vehicle owners please do not go for Car track. It is a bogus company with million vehicles roaming around. I have a contract with cartrack and I have recently changed insurances (car). The insurer asked that I upgrade my unit to fleet management. I have been waiting for car track to do a fitment of the unit and i am still waiting. They have been calling and setting up appointments and they have not honored them. PLEASE PLEASE this company must just shut down!
