Blood Suckers/ Worst customer service experience ever

So this company is a blood sucker pretending to be the best car trackers in South Africa.

Its been 3 days since I started talking to them regarding their unit as it gives me issues but nothing happen s instead you get to talk with this unprofessional agents who has attitude.

Because I was not happy with their service I decided to change the car track company and guess what they want a cancelation fee of over R2k and I am telling you I don't remember agreeing to pay any cancelation fee when I want to go. This is their way of making sure that customers stays onboard though they are not happy. We are already paying for their services on monthly basis so why did they add some claw knowing that they are actually tricking customers into doing business with them. Even insurances are better than them shame.

I regret using them as my car tracker company so I am pleading with all the people who have no idea of this silly cancelation fee to be careful this blooders will have you for breakfast...
