Blacklisting

I am very upset due to the fact that R1800 is expected to clear my name at ITC. I have requested a contract or recording where as a consumer I was made aware of the amount and no one responds. I have paid all the arrears as well as the cancellation fee. Clearing my name at ITC is free so a breakdown of this R1800 expected to be paid by me is necessary.
