Hope you can assist me with the following matter.
We have changed from Cartrack to Matrix October 2024. We informed Cartrack that we want to cancel, they were supposed to send us documents to complete in order for us to cancel or agreement with them. We never received it, they phoned us again and we told them what happened. Still we have not received any documentation to complete. We receive 4 - 5 calls a day as well as emails. Now they want to Blacklist me and pay attorney fees Please we need help to stop this!!!
