Billing Department

I was double debited . i only joined in March yet debited for February. i have explained to more than 10 agents that my account was only effective March and the Team leader there Thamsanqa Ngutyana confirm and said he would fix it but he is now ignoring my emails . they say is pro rata , some say it’s the actual installment . now they are saying am paying forward . Really wish i could cancel but they will want to charge me for that too .

i highly don’t recommend cartrack 😏
