Billing
After advising cartrack in 2018 that I was no longer working and unable to afford their services, in January 2019 they sent me an SMS stating that my services were suspended and I owed them R998.98. I told them that I’d pay them when I can afford it. Now I’ve got an SMS that I owe them R3000. I don’t know how because they had suspended my services in January. Have they been charging me without rendering a service as per their SMS? I don’t understand how you can pay for something you’re not being rendered a service for? Anyway, I’m trying to make arrangement for payment of R998.98 however I’m unable to get any joy with the call center.
