i paid my 1st installment and they went and debited my account, currently I am over with 183, now I am getting calls, messages and an overdue letter when on the previous call with 1 of their agents they confirmed they will refund me. i call again today they promise again to refund or utilize for my next bill. the agent was taking this query as a joke (Ntswaki - apparent Team Leader)
