Billing

I took up a 36 months contract, I was told that prorata will be billed however I assumed that the debit order will go of on the 25th of February, prorata will be deducted on that day with the monthly subs. I was surprised when the debit order went of on the 5th, so it means the debit order was going to be unpaid if I didn't have funds in my account. I am sure you do advise on the terms and conditions however in future can your consultants advise that prorata will be deducted after installation.
