Billed for a sold car and the one I use

I bought a new car, called car track that I'll be getting a new vehicle and would like like my tracker to be installed into the new vehicle . I don't know how it happened that the tracker was already installed when the dealership brought the new car, now I'm billed for 2 cars, I pay a device that I already sold and I had informed them prior selling the car.... I don't if it's a "thing" with tracking companies because I experience the similar thing, where I had to pay for a device that was installed in a car I sold in 2019, I paid till 2024 and that company was tracker....so I'm not sure if they work together or not
