If you want to have endless promotional calls to sign up with Cartrack, even though you're already a client - then go for Cartrack. And if you want to have issues speaking to competent people in the call centre, where you're put on hold for extensive periods only for the client service agent to drop the call, then go for Cartrack. I've phoned twice now today to get my contract updated and another car registered with no success. These guys aren't serious. I don't know how they will be able to recover a vehicle with this level of incompetence. I'm moving on ...
