Beware of Catrack's highly unprofessional service

Hi. I wish to share this review about Catrrack: Your service has been highly unprofessional ever since I had challenges in paying my monthly instalment, your consultants were hounding me everyday harrasing me about lack of payment up until I started ignoring your calls, they still call daily even now but I won't pick up. I have explained to your call centre several times that I do not have financial means at this point to pay my tracking device but this gets ignored and harrasment continues on a daily basis. When I asked about canceling the service I was told that I'm still tied in a 3 year contract and that there'll be penalties involved should I cancel which is incorrect information because the agent that sold me this product talked about a 12 month contract and that period has already passed which means I can cancel without penalties especially considering the fact that I can no longer afford the service. I requested Cartrack about 2 months ago to furnish me with the recorded call to prove that I wasn't sold a 3 year contract but to date they have failed to do so but they choose rather to continually abuse me by demanding payment and threatening to blacklist me. This is what I'm going to say Catrack: go ahead and blacklist me but one thing is for certain, as soon as my financial situation is healthy I will pay back whatever is outstanding and terminate the service with immediate effect and go to the competition, perhaps they have better manners.
