BEWARE CARTRACK

STAY AWAY FROM CARTRACK! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

On Sunday the 17th of January my tracking device became faulty. I have been trying to get it sorted out since. All they do is “test” and “reboot” the device. They can clearly see there is a problem but they refuse to sort it out. They don’t answer my calls because they clearly are screening the calls and have flagged my cell number. Today, 22 January, they told me (after I went through the control room) that the East London branch will call me to set up an appointment. I’m not holding my breath.

Beware this company. Go somewhere else if you plan on getting a tracking device.
