Better off without tracking device than witch Cartrack

I have had this tracking device of mine just for a year now . It has a panic button that never works . Each time i have to buy a **** load if airtime to phone them because they just transfer you arround . I press the button and no one calls back . Each time after calling for days the finally send someone and he fixes it .Or so he says . Now I want to downgrade my package because there is no use in having and paying for something that doesnt work . But they want to charge me 400 rand to down grad , so i must pay 400 rand for them to take out their **** thatdoesnt work . Only reason i still use them is because it cost 2000 rand fee to cancel
