Betsie Saved the Day

I have a fleet account with Cartrack and its a great product. However sometimes they fall flat on if you need to call someone or get hold of a specific department.

Eventually after hours of trying to get help I was transferred to Betsie Indaba. Well done Betsie - you were efficient and went out of your way to help. Companies need more staff like you.
