Best until it's horrible

Hi I have used cars tracking since 2021 and had the best experience with them. Whenever I left the warlock on and switched on the ignition, I would get a professional and polite call from all those that called me and even when my car battery was failing me they came out to the rescue with no hassle until this year 2025 April when I requested for de installation reinstalling on different car, money was debit was done on my account amd no service provided, I reversed the money and I got a call from them and they explained that in rodsr for them to come and reinstall and reinstall on the different car I needed to pay and I asked them when will the come and reinstall on the different car as the old one is gone they promised in the week. This was in April I believe 2nd last week and they never did but they kept on deducting premiums. I called them to cancel the contraband stop the debit orders but none of that has happened they continue to go into my account taking money. I I told them I have taken up trachlker with another company yet they still take money. I want my money back for the reinstallation and the premiums that were taken already
