Being Undermined
Though other services maybe be ok but I am very irritated by how Cartrack do things when it comes to missed payments. My debit order date is the 15th but however I’ve been paying late due to funds coming late so they decided to debit whichever day suits them which left my account with bank charges then they had the guts(Isibindi nezingingila) to call me and say they didn’t get the money. I would’ve preferred they called to check when they can run the debit order again.
Before that ran debit order day after day and that ccumulated back charges for me.
This is very wrong and unacceptable.

05 Sept 2024, 17:53This is really not right. I understand money should’ve been reserved for the debit order but due to unforeseen circumstances it wasn’t.
The courtesy/collection call thes made after a failed unauthorised debit order should’ve been done before that unauthorised debit order submission.
It’s undermining to me as a black man and disrespectful. I don’t want to make this a race thing but I don’t think you guy do this to other races.
