Being Ignored
I have sent through so many emails regarding an issue I had and I'm not receiving any response. I have a issue on my account and no one wants to help, but I wanted to change my banking details, but I decided to not send through via email seeing that all my emails are being ignored. I requested that a manager or someone in a position above would respond back to my emails but no one seems to care about their clients and how poor the service is. The yesterday cartrack had the guts to phone me to sell more products to me, but isn't good enough to make a phone call or to reply to my emails.<br> Pathetic.
