Being blacklisted unfairly

Their service is good when they are selling but the minute you lodge a complaint they move from excellent to very bad. Since 2018/19 I have been explaining myself to them about a *****ulent car deal that was on my name. Fortunately I found out in less than a week and I reported it to the bank and it was canceled. Cartrack kept calling me, I sent them everything they wanted including the affidavit. They said they will investigate and get back to me but instead a different consultant would call and I would have to re-tell my story all over again. It happened so many times that I ended up blocking them all. Now they are saying I am blacklisted. I don't understand why is that because they never given me their investigation findings.
