********* behavior and extremely bad service

3 months later, no assistance. Instead an email that they took debits off my account and was returned. Same issue before. Worst possible service when I told them I get paid 25th they show me they will do debits early. Yet when I asked for the recording of the sale I cannot get it. I always say debits to come off the 27th or the 1st. When I say they rectify it ir cancel contract as it was in the 30-day window period they go silent. Now 3 months later I get again same messages as before. A company that supposed to offer some form against crime are part of the problem. Says a lot
