Be Careful They Lie to Keep Business

Tracking device on one of my cars was old and was making battery flat. I called and asked that they come and put new battery in device. Person I spoke to told me that if they replace the battery it will cost R500 odd, but if they put a new device it will cost me nothing extra. I obviously chose to have a new device installed. Now I see that I have been charged R570 for a repair fee.
