Battery issues due to Cartrack unit

About a month ago, we installed a unit from Cartrack into our vehicle and the next day our battery went flat. We were able to start the car up again using jumper leads, however this should have never happened in the first place. I am constantly worried that if I leave the car for more than a day then the battery will run flat. I called Cartrack about two days after the incident and they stated that a superior was going to call me and sort out the issue. I was never contacted again. I called again about three weeks ago and nothing happened. I then called today... what an absolute horror! I called about 5 times and each time the call was rudely ended. My husband has even been receiving messages from this company stating that he should join them. This service is absolutely unacceptable, and I would like the unit to be removed as soon as possible. I have Tracker installed in my other vehicles and they offer a far better service compared to Cartrack. I would rather deal with a company that actually cares about their customers.
