BAD...SHOULD I EVEN CARRY ON WITH CAR TRACK!?

I'm so no satisfied with the guy who came in my workplace to install the car track this morning the 16 May 2025, He gets here he doesn't give me his name no name tag on him but FINE, He ask for inspection I hand him my car keys, The he asked me to MOVE as his installing the tracker

I do, then after an hour, I'm standing outside with my phone inside the office, I see the guy getting inside his car tack bakkie leaving my work premises, I'm thinking how and where is he going becouse he still has my car keys, The g drives off the gate left, I go to my car the car is locked, I get inside the office running t get y phone and call him as he called me before getting here for direction, he picks up my office line and when I ask where is he taking my car keys he says his coming back, I ask you coming back why leave with my car keys he says he called my phone I didn't pick up hence he left, I'm like there's people walking around you could have asked one to call me I'm at work and you saw that how you just deciding to take my car keys with you without my approval or communicating anything, I don't even know if you done installing to my car, He keeps quite no respond

I ask him if his done installing he says yes, we now going to activate the app "FINE" after we done, he now shows me the activation but also says he doesn't know why the second tag is not showing as active on my app I can call the office.

HOW ? @cartrack is this the standard of service becouse at this point i want to cancel my subscription with you all this is ***** and suspicions worse coming from the security company
