Bad technical service Cartrack

I would like to start off by saying, Great company with tracking etc!!! but your technicians not a fan....! Car track installed a tracking device in my ford bantam last week Wednesday, I was not there to inspect the bakkie at that time got home to see what happend . the technician broke the holder for radio in two pieces. forced a ***** driver in by the sides of my radio to get it out but broke the clips now the face cant hook in and play anything. radio is useless ive lost a 1000 rand radio and a bad cover up by technician ive sent pictures to car track service dpt but never heard from them now im sitting with a car radio that dont work and i have to pay for a new one....
