Bad team leader s****s with very little attention to detail.

I had the worst experience dealing with the Car Track accounts department along with the team leaders ( supervisors ) . I had spoken to Velancia Mazibuko who was very unhelpful in all of our phone calls and communications when trying to get my debit order corrected for the re installation of the new unit for my new car , they were suppose to debit my account on the 1st of the month with this so called fee of 800 +- the debit order had bounced because someone on there side had captured it incorrectly so i was charged bank fees for my account being in negative i later submitted all relevant documents to them and my R 100 of bank fees was paid back . On the 1st when the money was suppose to be taken out it was not and 3 months after that im now getting debit orders taken out without my permission I don't think this particular accounts department knows what they doing . I had phoned them on Friday and I spoke to a gentleman who advised me that the team leader was not there but he will pass the message on .. I got a phone call yesterday (monday) from Velancia Mazibuko saying her team leader said that she should call me . The team leader Precious who ive been dealing with seems to think that she can now pass her work down to the juniors to avoid being confronted .I did explain to Velancia that she should tell Precious to phone me back its now Tuesday and Precious has not called yet . I will be reversing the debit order has they did not communicate this with me neither have anybody called me to discuss this before doing so ....very poor customer service !!!!!!!!!
