Bad services from Cartrack - struggling to cancel cars on policy

I am struggling for more than 2 months to cancel cars on the policy. Every time a send through a request they have some petty issue with the cancellation. Today they let me know that the date on cancellation form is wrong. Why do they not cancel as from today? Now I must fill in the forms again and re-submit. Really bad service
