Bad services after request if vehicle malfunction

I would never use them again. I requested that they removed the tracking device out of my vehicle due to malfunction and they refused. After 7years they handed me over to attorneys due to there lack of service. I have reported this to the MD years ago they promised they will reverse all cost and I'm free of any charges but still they proceed how can you trust them
