cartrack has given me nothing but a headache this company just wants to take money from the people I joined cartrack and I have never received any service that they have promised they couldn't position my car for two months and when I tell them im unhappy and want to cancel they offered me 6months premiums back and I didn't take the deal why is that this company promised to call me when I leave the country I've did so twice no one called I've had my battery removed from the car no one called I'm now told that I should pay cancellation fee so my question is what fee must I pay when they never rendered they service as promised worse now after I have instructed them to not debt my account they debiting and making me pay unnecessary bounced debts orders I spoke to they agent by the name of Boitumelo I have emails that we sent to each other funny as a person I spoke too I cant reach her now I'm getting agents calling left and right

I'm a very unhappy customer and I know that im not the only one this company is doing this too I have a family member who is now blacklisted because of this company that wants people to pay for service they don't render

if it were up too me I wish the operating certificate of this company should be revoked and closed as they are just a ****
