Bad service,disgusting service from Cartrack

On the 18th of March 2021, Cartrack sent a technician to install a tracking device on my vehicle, and upon completion of the installation process, I found out the technician broke a panel in my car and also my instrument lighting were no longer working, eg. Dashboard lights,radio light, harzard reflection light, door button lights, my car is just dark,too dark that u can even see what speed you driving on at night.

I call Cartrack,I sent them messages and also emails and even till today,no one has responded to any of my emails and messages with regards to my issues. To be honest, Cartrack is a very bad company to make business with, please folks,find another tracking company,any company will be better than Cartrack,these people just don't care about customers..
