Bad Service with Refunds on accounts over debited

I must say I am appalled at how service is done with this company. first they over debit me then they are not able to tell you on how long is refund going to take. that is the worse product knowledge the staff has. each time i called, i would get different information. first its 14 days then its 30 days, whereas they made a mistake of over debiting. then they speak to a person like i know what they mean when they say account is in preparation. the most confusing part is that they are able to debit my account but when refund must be done. i must prove that they did debit my account by sending them bank stats. this is ludicrous. I must say i am very disappointed. and i will be cancelling my service. they cant even give you reference for the call but
