Bad service which was turned around be Tebogo Seloga

You guys sold me a product and gave something different then what was agreed on. I had to deal with your staff telling me i am confusing myself and some telling me it is for my own good that i was not given what was promised. Some even being dishonest as to cutting out parts of the sales agreement recording and only sending to me what they wanted me to hear. I was frustrated to the point i told several of the people i spoke to that i want the service cancelled an no one seemed to want to listen until i spoke to Tebogo Seloga. Whom called me, advised he will investigate and provided me with timely feedback. Perhaps had a spoken to him to begin with i would not have gotten to a point where i wanted nothing to do with cartrack. Had it not been for Tebogo i definitely would have given this review a 1 star. The only thing is he didn't email me our last resolution as agreed on.
