BAD SERVICE RENDERED BY CARTRACK COMPANY

Its been 2 weeks that I have reported that the car tracking device that was installed by CarTrack is straining my car battery, my car has too much power drainage with causes the car to not start at some days. I reported the incident to Car Track and follwed up several times and all I get is that a technician will call me back to access my vehicle, still even today no one has called. I have called the AA road assistance to come and boost be for about 6 times already because of this issues,
