Bad service received at cartrack

on the 30th of Friday 2026 i was involved in a car accident which happened around about 2 a.m. and immediately i was contacted by CarTrack department regarding assistance, and they advised me they were sending assistance for medical assistance and towing service assistance. But unfortunately, because of my condition, I was badly injured on the scene, I was immediately rushed in an ambulance after i collapsed. I don't know much what happened after that, but when I woke up, I was already in hospital because I had a head injury, well after being discharged, I tried to track the car down, and when I found the car it was with Speedy Recovery towing company as per CarTrack instruction, according to the tow truck guy. So I don't know much what happened after the accident at the scene, because I was badly injured and I suffered head injuries, so I'm quite confused now because after tracking the car from the towing company apparently they can't release the car until they are paid in full by CarTrack company as per the agreement.

Please assist me urgently regarding this matter hence im being charged for storage where the car is being kept.
