Bad service of Cartrack

I am extremely upset with a service I got from Cartrack, its pathetic. I have to cars with them ,one was a gift . The one that I received as a gift the person who bought it took it back, so I'm only left with one. So I called Cartrack tried to explain my situation they didn't buy my story they said I signed up for 3 years so I must continue to pay for 2 cars or pay an amount of R1600. What ****es me off it's not like I sold the car or I have moved to another tracking company, these is something that is not under my control.
