BAD SERVICE NO SERVICE NO TECHNICIANS TO ISTALL UNITS

The worst service with staff that are *********** , its like no training on customer service was done .. how many technicians do they have how do you request a unit to be installed and it takes over 20 days..they are maximising profit and employing less staff which shows you that they are not in it to service u but purely profit .. they have been holding me to a 3 year contract BS .. YET I have not received service what entitlement do they have if they can't offer what I paid for ,...Im cancelling this contract and please ...refund me my money and lets cut ties ...They have no service at ALL.
