Bad service I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

I am having a problem with cartrack, so here's the story we took a plan for both cars which they are debiting R359 from my husband's and I'm the account holder. But now the problem started when they started debiting us on the wrong dates instead of 25th of each month then there were bank charges for insufficient funds we query it with car track then they apologies and promised to give us a free month so that they can cover our bank costs . We have communicated with someone called Pretty Mlambo from day one and now she does not respond to our emails anymore but this company keep on sending us messages to say we must pay and busy phoning me asking when am I paying, my question pay for what when you did not keep your side of the deal? Our cars are they safe if they got ****** are they going to recover or they are going to ignore us as they are doing now??????I spoke to the lady called Nadia she said she's escalating the matter on Wednesday to my surprise today is Friday some one called me her name is Jean or something she nagging me about payments like really????
