Bad service. I want my policy to be cancelled

Bad, bad experience

I have requested Cartrack to cancel my policy from last year June till today they are still billing/ sending me invoices

I told them I nolonger want this policy due to financial reasons but they don’t want to cancel my policy with them,

I’m being forced to have a policy outside of my will. I can’t afford this anymore.

I have sent them emails and am not getting a response when I call am being told that there’s nothing they can do for me

I hope that I won’t be sending the same message again, where am addressing tracker to stop sending and using the incorrect address when sending me opened letters, worse the letter comes opened with a dirty envelope, this is against POPIA breach, why is my personal information being send out to the wrong address and why is the letter opened.

I hope am writing this request for the last time.

I need this matter to be attended urgently, and no correspondence should be sent to me via postal address which is incorrect and the letter is delivered by a resident in my areas, while she has advised the delivery guy that I don’t leave at her address. The address is incorrect

Sort of this mess and contact me with a clear explanation and no correspondence should be sent to me via postal address
